The actual project, unit layouts, amenities and specifications may vary from what is represented here and shall be governed strictly by the terms of the Agreement for Sale executed between the Developer and the allottee, along with the sanctioned plans and specifications filed with MahaRERA.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, invitation, or contract of any kind, and no booking or allotment shall be deemed final unless confirmed in writing by the Developer.
